- In 2003 he specialized in advanced laparoscopic surgery from gem hospital, Coimbatore.
- He is an active member of the ‘Indian association of surgical gastroenterology’ and ‘endoscopic and laparoscopic surgeons of Asia’
- He is a ‘fellow of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons’ (FIAGES)
- He is a fellow of ‘Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India’ (FAMS)
- He is trained in advanced gastric cancer surgery at NUH Singapore
- He contributes actively at all leading national and international conferences
- He is trained in bariatric surgery and plans to organize a bariatric program at MGM hospital, Vashi
- He conducts all types of advanced laparoscopic surgeries for abdominal diseases, cancer, gallstone, hernia, appendicitis, thoracic diseases etc.
