Following the principles and ideals of our Mahatma Gandhi Mission, these objectives in medical practice, medical education and medical research are to be attained without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin, and upon the ideal that our first obligation is to our patients. There shall be no financial benefit to any staff member, officer or employee beyond reasonable compensation, and only such returns to the institutions shall be used only in achievement of the purposes stated above, and in keeping with the highest moral, ethical and legal standards.
